Loose comfortable clothing you can move freely in. No short skirts, or skin tight jeans that restrict movement.

Shoes will be left outside the room and you are welcome to wear padded socks in studio space to help cushion your feet on the hard wood floor.

Yes! You will work with other people that are single or with people in a committed relationship but are wanting fresh practice partners.

Yes! You will work with other people that have come as a single but committed like yourself, truly single or with people in a committed relationship but are wanting fresh practice partners. You could also request to be paired with someone that is the same gender for the polarity exercises even if you are "straight" for the sake of extra safe practicing whether you are single or not.

Yes! The first part of the workshop focuses on platonic somatic relating without the added polarity piece so is ideal for practicing basic human goodness skills. I recommend experiencing a variety of partners for this section as it is sometimes extremely insightful to give and get fresh feedback from multiple people. Some couples prefer to stay together for the next polarity section and some couples may prefer to continue mixing. It’s completely up to you what you want to do as a couple or individually.

Yes! All events including the The Intimacy and Attraction Workshopᴿ are LGBTQ friendly. I happen to be part of this community myself. All shades of gay and identities are joyously welcomed- email me directly to sort out the specifics.
